Ugh!:) keep me updated on the quest for poundage loss! I have managed to lose 5 but clothes are FAR from fitting. Meanwhile my oldest son (18) has spent the past 2 weeks trying to lose weight to make the weight in cut for a power lifting competition he is in. BUT fully intends to then start cramming in the calories to GAIN again. Ugh. He aims to have 4 meals a day each 1000 calories. Ugh

I too gained 20 pounds in like 4 weeks on the same meds! I always ask if I will gain weight when starting a new med. they told me it was in rare cases. Which now I know that means to me, YES. I too am struggling to get my weight off. Just before my diagnosis I had lost 70lbs, so weight gain is a major thing to me as well. I know have joined Weight Waters. I have lost 4 lbs. it’s a start. Me too! The silver lining to company layoff is more time! I am excited to be back at it. I have a laundry list of topics that I want to write about – super excited! How are the kids? As I mentioned on your blog – I will need to pop over and catch up. Pretty sure that they are getting bigger every day. Seems that happens – EVEN if you try to slow down the process by not feeding them….I know this from first hand experience. Dang kids just keep growing!:)
